Gak harus selalu ada kok.... banyak alasannya... - mungkin butuh urgent, - mungkin belum diupdate, - mungkin local requirement sehingga tidak terll dipikirin untuk update di Taleo, - mungkin lewat Head hunter, jadi ya mrk gak bisa update di Taleo juga.
So, daripd mikirin kemungkinan2 itu....siapapun yang minat, tinggal apply....InshaAllah kalau niat baik, dibales-nya baik... kalo dibales-nya kurang pas, berarti belum rejekinya, atau kurang zakat/sedekahnya hehehe..;) Di Indonesia, orang terll banyak mikir kemungkinan kemungkinan, akhirnya jadi gak mungkin......dan ujung-nya gitu2 aja tanpa ada improvement. Yg penting, hanya kontak yg perlu saja dimasukkan di CV, jadi gak merasa terganggu juga kalaupun akhirnya gak bener recruitment process-nya.
