untuk outlook biasanya masalah setting pop atau imap nya disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada bisa juga pakai alternbatif yang lain yang lebih mudah settingannya dengan email desktop misal zimbra atau thunderbird yang sama tujuannya manage email email ke local
