IT Helpdesk Detail Qualification : - Min. 2 years experience as IT Engineer / IT Helpdesk - Have good knowledge in IT Enterprise Architecture, Network (LAN-WAN), Multiple OS and Database - Have good knowledge in basic concept call center, ITIL and IT Service Management 6. Business Analyst Detail Qualification : - Min experience 2 years as analyst - Have the ability to analyze business user requirement, translate them to an accurate system process flow, functionalities Have ability to analyze the business user requirement, query & validation data - Has knowledge in banking business processes - Have the ability & experience in creating system specification document (FSD, etc) 7.
