* Experience to work in Cisco IronPort - Experience in HP C7000
Enclosures
* Must have worked in data centers also should have knowledge of

* Should have knowledge of firewall concepts - Microsoft and Cisco
certification will be added advantage
2. MIS
* Has 3 - 5 years in PL / SQL, UNIX
* Experience in Business Object as an advantage also experience in
Telecom as an advantage
3. UNIX Administrator
* Has 3 years experience in UNIX system
* Strong knowledge of RHEL (4.5) or HPUX / AIX
* Strong knowledge in Logical Volume Manager
* Knowledge of any of the cluster Veritas Cluster or MC service Guard
* Certification on RHEL or HPUX will be preferable
* Strong trouble shooting skills
* Ready to work on shifts
4. Backup Administrator
* Has 3 - 7 years experience also excellent understanding of Backup
Environment
* Experience with enterprise Commvault Simpana Backup Application
* Experience setting up and supporting native backups from various
Database types : Oracle DB, SQL DB, Exchange VMware etc
* Experience in Backup restoration for FS, Oracle DB, SQL DB,
Exchange and VMware
* Experience in backing up through Physical Tape Libraries, Disk and
Virtual Tape Libraries
* Experience in backups solutions across multiple backup systems
including defining and enacting retention policies, archiving and media
management
* Familiarity with data replication and disaster recovery concepts
and technologies
* Experience working with monitoring and management for COmmvault
Backup Application
* Working knowledge of UNIX, LINUX, SOLARIS and Oracle Database
5. Billing Operation Executive
a. Responsibilities :
* Responsible in managing billing applications in production
environment, resolution of all escalations and completion of all service
request related to billing applications
* Resolve trouble tickets and service request within SLA
* Ensure all billing related tasks and processes are working as
expected in the production environment
* Participate in trouble shooting, enhancement and improvement
initiatives
* Execute Bill Cycle processes
* Continuous development of Billing as well as E2E knowledge
* Perform all billing tasks as per the published processes and SOP's
* Close all SR's and TT's
* Perform initial analysis of issues and raise them to L3 promptly
* Ensure all Billing related tasks and processes are running
b. Requirement :
* Graduated from Bachelor Degree from Computer Engineering /
Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
* Has 2 - 5 years experience in Telecom Billing operations
* Strong in SQL/ PL SQL skill and basic UNIX skills
* Knowledge of INTEC Billing system product such as Single View
* Knowledge of Programming language such as Java, PHP, Perl is an
added advantage
* Has a good communication in English as verbal as written
* Willing to work in shifts
6. Senior Technical Associate
a. Responsibilities :
* Responsible for billing application configuration design,
implementation, testing and support
* Experience in Telecom Industry and its regulatory environment
* Participate in Billing application design, implementation and
testing to meet the business requirement
* Generating the design document, unit test cases document and
release note document
* Liaise with Internal Team and Customer to complete the objective of
task
* Participate on L2 support for billing system
* Experience in Billing application design / implementation and test
* Strong in PL / SQL
* String in Shell Scripts
b. Requirement :
* Graduated from Bachelor Degree from Computer Science /
Telecommunication Engineering or related field or an equivalent
combination of education, training and experience
* Has more than 6 years experience in IT /Telecom Industry
* Experience with large corporate IT operations, major IT programs,
system integration and operations
* Experience and understanding of business requirements and ability
to translate the to application functionality
* Has a good communication in English is a must
* Ability to work on odd hours / weekends
7. Storage Administrator
* Strong in UNIX operating systems of servers HP UX, SUN Solaris,
Linux
* Has 3 -5 years experience
* Hands on experience on one or more hardware systems platform HP &
SUN
* Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (Tk, Perl,
VBScript, a shell)
* Strong in performance tunning, kernel tunning, experience on using
performance tools
* Ability to perform administrating activities of MC Service Guard
cluster, SUN Cluster & RHCL cluster suite
* Having exposure toward HA and Virtualization software of any one
prime OEMs HP, IBM, VM Ware, SUN
* Experience on installing, managing any Sun Containers, HP npars,
vpars
* Ability to perform installation activities on HPXP - 24K Storage,
HP p2000 and EVA series storage
* Ability to perform administration activities on HPXP24K & EVA
storage
* Ability to perform BCV creation and administration activities
* Should have exposure to HP ESL Tape Administration
* Should have exposure towards storage administration in HA
environment
