Dear Beni_ta30, Mungkin maksudnya kalo berkaitan dengan team...misalnya suatu project atau pekerjaan tertentu yang berkaitan dengan team tersebut, mampu membuat bawahan bekerja dengan optimal atau sebaik baiknya walaupun di bawah tekanan, misalnya deadline yang berat, tentunya setelah melalui pertimbangan bahwa mereka bisa melakukannya.
Sedangkan kalo secara individu ya, mampu bekerja sebaik-baiknya secara individu walaupun ada tekanan. Misal diberi kerjaan untuk melakukan presentasi kepada BOD secara mendadak seok harinya padahal belum ada persiapan sama sekali. Ini menurut pemikiran pribadi saya saja......
