Ini komputernya terhubung ke jaringan atau tidak ya? Ane anggap komputernya tidak terhubung ke jaringan. Masuk ke safe mode setelah bios muncul dengan menekan F8. perhatikan user namenya Administrator, dan masukkan passwordnya. Setelah login, buat user baru dengan tingkatan sebagai administrator.
