Saya coba gunakan bitmeter3 tapi software ini mengukur bandwith berdasarkan apa yang didownload user. Apakah ada software yang walaupun kita tidak melakukan download tapi kita bisa ketahui bahwa bandwidth saya itu sekian mega sesuai dengan kontrak dengan ISP.
