Coba cek services print spoolernya disable kah? kalau disable klik auto dan star aja. kl msh gt jg mungkin kena virus yang memutus jaringan untuk printer (itu kalau dicek di lokal pc kalau kabelprintnya numpang di pc) kalau network/LAN coba aja ubah ip address printernya . CMIIW
