A. Pd print servernya pastikan setiap user yg akan mengakses printer tersebut sudah diberikan access full. B. Pd komputer yg windows 7, login sebagai administrator. Pada bagian services - utk di bagian printer spooler di start. Setelah itu add printer 1020 yg sdh di share pd windows xp tersebut.
