Yg masbro maksud intruksi kerja tuh seperti apa? Ok, katakanlah departemen IT tempat masbro kerja punya prosedure maintenance komputer, misalkan. Masbro, tinggal liat poin demi poin di procedure tsb, lalu implementasikan dan dokumentasikan.
Sebagai contoh, dalam prosedure maintenance komputer ada poin bahwa komputer harus dibersihkan dari debu sebulan sekali, masbro tinggal bikin form yg merekam bahwa komputer telah dibersihkan sebulan sekali. Langkah2 kerja cara pembersihan debu komputer tinggal dijabarkan diform itu. Apa aja yg dibersikan, etc. Simpan baek2 form tsb, karena form itu akan jadi bukti bahwa masbro sudah menjalankan prosedure maintenance. Semoga membantu.
