Dear Endang Purwati, yang saya tau, muncul error tinta habis padahal baru saja diganti, pada waktu penggantian tinta harus registrasi serial number tinta tersebut, kode serial number tertera pada botol tinta. dan untuk muncul paper jam, coba cek sensor kertas pada printer, baik dari input kertas maupun output kertas.
