Coba dicek dulu log-file diemail servernya. Biasanya namanya MDaemon-ddMMyyyy-SMTP-in atau SMTP-out atau POP. Diubek-ubek, kalo perlu all log. Kayaknya ada disitu semua deh penyebabnya.
