Qualification : 1.Has previous experience in managing a team of 4-8 engineers with responsibility for distributed systems in production. 2.Capacity to own and execute multiple programs simultaneously. 3.Ability to create functional specs,project/release plans, and roadmaps. 4.Proficiency in working with engineering teams to design, scope and shepherd features.
