Background The Strengthening Integrity and Accountability Program 1 (SIAP 1) is a five years program, funded by the United States Agency for International Development, and implemented by Management Systems International, Inc. It represents one part of USAID's two-pronged approach to supporting accountability and integrity. SIAP 1 aims to contribute to good governance in Indonesia by strengthening integrity and accountability in government - principally at the national level. It will do this by supporting governmental and non-governmental efforts to strengthen the effectiveness of accountability bodies; external monitoring; and mobilizing public support. BPK is a one of the close partner in holding government agencies accountable, focusing on government agencies and individual officials' financial accountability In order to prepare and implement training aligned to the needs of BPK, SIAP 1 now invites eligible, capable and experienced service provider in the area of Digital Forensic Audit to provide Digital Forensic Audit Training for BPK Auditors. 2. Objective The main objective is to design and implement Digital Forensic Audit training for BPK auditors providing the auditors with the knowledge of forensic investigations techniques, covering the wide range of data acquisition, processing and final result production, while maintaining the chain of evidentiary custody. 3. Illustrative Tasks and Expected Results The BPK auditors training will provide participants with educational modules tailored to the needs of BPK. The training preparation and implementation shall include: Materials preparation: -Training Modules- outline provided for MSI/SIAP approval; -Training Modules- composition including Participant's Books and Presentation Slides; -Training Modules- for review and approval by MSI/SIAP; 5-day training implementation; Coordinating training facilities arrangements, which include providing training kits, CDs/DVDs, software, materials for exercises, and LCD projector; Accommodation arrangements in or near Jakarta for 30 participants over a 5-day period (limits to amounts for accommodation/meals to be provided at time of contract award - please do NOT include any accommodations/meals costs in your Cost Proposal -if incurred, these costs will be reimbursed as pass-through expenses (i.e. no fee added) expenses in addition to your offered price.)
