Halo, Solusi enterprisenya bisa gunakan AppsManagernya ManageEngine (www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager), itu lengkap banget, semua OS, agentless dan bisa otomatis reporting SLA. Untuk opsi kedua yang enterprise itu bisa gunakan Splunk (www.splunk.com), lebih custom.
Untuk solusi opensourcenya bisa gunakan Icinga, www.icinga.org (sebagai pengganti Nagios Core yang free, karena Nagios Core tidak bisa GUInya kaku, Icinga lebih oke) Oiya ini juga agentless.
