Sebelum terlalu fokus ke server dan data center-nya sendiri, coba analisa dulu apakah koneksi Internet ke server tersebut rawan hidup mati juga atau tidak terkait dengan koneksi listrik. Baik dari kualitas delivery ISP sendiri, maupun peralatan koneksitas yang dipakai, seperti ADSL modem, router, dll.
