*IT Services Leader* Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities: · Provide general IT support services. · Handle IT support needs of local internal teams · Co-Ordinate with local IT vendors · Manage L1 & L2 Tickets · Maintain local IT Inventory Key Performance Indicators/Job Requirements Primary Technical Skills · Experiences with Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting. · Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network. · Knowledge in MS Office suits, Apple and Android smart devices support. Secondary Technical Skills (Optional) · IP Telephony deployment or maintenance experience. · Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and support.
