Kalo ada orang membuat statement yang anda tidak mengerti, tanyakan ke orang tersebut. Jangan diam saja lalu bertanya ke orang lain. Itu kebiasaan tidak baik dalam komunikasi dan akhirnya akan membawa masalah besar karena semua orang lalu akan menjalankan suatu proses berdasarkan pada asumsi, bukan fakta.
