Customer ServiceAgent
Purpose of Position :
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, including dispatching
of pick-ups and service information
Requirements :
* Minimum D3 certificate or equivalent
* 1 year experience in a customer service environment
* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
* Above average general office skills, including typing and filing
* Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills in both
local and English languages
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work variable shifts based on business needs
* Computer literate
* Emotionally mature
* 5 vacant positions
