Selamat siang, semoga kabar baik menyertai kita semua. Dalam kasus komputer zaya, ketika masuk ke tampilan awal windows selalu muncul windows cannot boot from cd. Selalu terus begitu tanpa masuk ke tampilan windows, dan hanya stuck bootable cd itu. Menurut saya itu krn hardisk yg gak ngenaba lagi, atau jangan hardisk nya memang rusak? Tetapi jika memng demikian, seharusnya pas sewaktu (lalu) dibawa ketempat service alhasil hardisk no problem. Tapi, sekarang permasalahan itu muncul lagi, saya sudah mencoba membersihkan komponen dlem cpu dan menganti port hardiks yang satu dengan yang kedua tetapi tetep saja sama, gak masuk ke tampilan windows.ya.
