Rincian sbb:
A. Bisnis model: leased to buy
B. Tiang/pole 6 m (max), jika lebih disediakan oleh REJA
C. Panjang kabel jenis cat 5e total 100 m (max) jika lebih disediakan oleh ISP
D. Tata cara instalasi mengikuti standar dan prosedur instalasi ISP
E. Semua perijinan, grouding, pelistrikan ditanggung oleh ISP
F. Durasi leased to buy 12 bulan
G. Selama masa kontrak leased to buy, perbaikan dan pergantian unit masih
menjadi tanggungan Vendor
H. RFS instalasi per link 1 hari
I. SLA uptime layanan 1 bulan 99.5%
J. SLA response time. 15 menit
Nilai pekerjaan :
A. Survey Rp XXX
B. Instalasi Rp.XXX
C. Bulanan Rp. XXX
2. Manage service untuk router dan P2P
A. Biaya konfigurasi RP XXX one time charge
B. Biaya maintenance per kejadian Rp. XXX
Untuk kontrak min setahun.
