Ini maksudnya backup Virtual Machine atau backup _data_ yang ada di Virtual Machine ? Kalau backup Virtual Machine VMWare, shutdown VM dan copy folder VM-nya. Kalau backup _data_ di VM, bisa pakai Cobian Backup (GUI) atau RoboCopy dari Microsoft (built-in di Server 2008 atau download untuk Win versi lama). Keduanya gratis, dan Googling untuk cari filenya.
