Malam gan, Dikantor saya menggunakan door lock dengan mesin absensi, sebelumnya.berjalan dengan baik, kemudian saya coba untuk reset option, akan tetapi door lock jd gk bisa kebuka, padahal sidik jari saya verified. Apakah ada option untuk mengaktifkan door lock? Mesin absensi yg dipakai merk i-tech keico. Terima kasih.
