selamat malam rekan-rekan IT Center, saya mengalami problem pada beberapa komputer user di kantor yg sering berubah sendiri DNS Servernya. dari 172.xxx menjadi 192.xxx sehingga koneksi menjadi terganggu. saya sudah cek AP dan servernya kemudian restart, tapi tetap sama saja. dan masalah kedua, server email di kantor saya sering mendapat email spam. kira-kira gimana cara mengatasi kedua problem tsb ?
