hehh... it turns out it was me who made the last release (12 years
ago!), and i even created a bin/release.sh back then.
so, i've made a new release. Einstock, please test it and let us know
if there's any problem.

i had no idea to be honest... :) i just added the :version field,
tarred it up with the script, signed the .tgz, and tagged the darcs
repo.
