How can I retrieve the dimensions of a generated Cell, Row, Paragraph, ... ?
To generat complex lists (invoices, orders, offers) I need to calculate the
size of a newly generated position and the remaining space on the form.
Depending on this information i have to print special footers and several
headers on the next page.
