As I already mentioned before, I am working on Tables and so on.
There will be 2 different ways to achieve deep nesting in the new
version. I ran your example with my new code (currently only available
in CVS) and I didn't see anything unusual. I guess my changes solved
the problem. 

Remark: the CVS version broke XML2PDF support yesterday,
this should be fixed now, but I can't guarantee that the
CVS version will always work...
