[iText-questions] set an URL in an area (x,y,width, height)

I want to set an area in the PDF, and when the mouse click on this area, an Http link is called.   This is a basic feature in PDF, but how to create it with Itext ? Anchor is working, but link on a text, and I would like to kink from an area (x,y, width, height).
