        No.

        And this is NOT a limitation of iText, but the fact that in 
order for the document to be viewed on the client is MUST be 
downloaded there.  This is true for ALL types of media - not just PDF.

        You should re-evaluate what your REAL rights management needs 
are and then look for a product that can provide them for you.
