I've noticed that if one creates a PDF with 5 PdfTemplate-based images in a table, the result shows normally on the screen but won't print. The images are mostly shifted off the page, and those on the page are sometimes printed on top of one another. Using java.awt.Image-based images does not seem to have this problem.
I would use java.awt.Image for my PdfTemplate images if absolutely necessary, but I have also noticed that the PdfTemplate class does a much nicer job of painting the image than the JDK does. If the first problem is a bug in Acrobat, and not iText, is there any way to get the exceptional image that the PdfTemplate draws and put it into a java.awt.Image so I can print these PDF files? __________________________________________________________________ Your favorite stores, helpful shopping tools and great gift ideas.
