I had the idea of having some kind of support for lists in ColumnText but it
really doesn't make much sense. ColumnText is supposed to be a basic
building block not a do-it-all. The way to go here is to create a class that
basically does what Document do but with more parameters. I don't know
when/if this will be made.

I can't see what the problem is. If you are placing text at precise
positions place the text for the bullet at the left and the text for the
text at the right. How hard is it?
