Hi;

Is there any standard for adding bold/italic to the font name? When I list
out the names I get
fontname Bold Italic
fontname-BoldItalic
fontnameBoldItalic

Also, lots of fonts don't have bold and/or italic versions - how do I
specify a bold/italic version of them?

thanks - dave
