If I don't want to mess with the iText.jar, do you
think the following would work:

define a class with the extact signature
'com.lowagie.text.pdf.PdfStringExt extends package
com.lowagie.text.pdf.PdfString', so that I can call
constructor PdfStringExt(String value, String
encoding) and create PdfOutline with the PdfString
Object. 

Will the encoding be kept as I define in the
PdfStringExt constructor in the after PdfOutline is
closed?
