Hi I have problem with Farsi (Persian) and character shaping. The problem is with following character : \u06AF. This character is not part of standard arabic alphabet. However Farsi shapes the same way as arabic with exception of 1 or 2 letters (those are extra). That's where the problem lies I think.
My question is this: Is there any guidelines for extending ArabicShaping.java or could someone help me with this? I look into source a little and it's rather complicated. I'd appreciate any input.
