There must be something wrong with the mailing-list or with my mail-account from time to time. I wasn't sure about the philippe.vandergucht-mail, but I am sure about this one:

Now about the SAX handler classes, I had to make an alteration to SAXiTextHandler where he calculated the proportional widths of table cells.
If you had a table with two columns the widths would be to set 100 and 50 instead of 50 and 50.
