[iText-questions] how to copy a form with FILLED fields

My program takes a PDF form, with empty fields (named myField1, ...etc) and 
creates two new like forms(form1.pdf and form2.pdf), with fields filled with 
different strings (for ex. names) using Acrofields. Now I merge both forms 
into a single PDF document, like in example CopyPdf.  Unfortunately only 
page 1 (created from form1.pdf) has the fields filled as in form1.pdf. In 
page two (created from for2.pdf) the fields are empty.

My question is:
How to copy pages with filled fields without the need of filling them again, 
which can't be done, because now page 1 and page 2 have fields with same 
names - since they were copies of the same form). Renaming the fields is 
impossible in my application.

Any help greatly appreciated.
