I do not apply any security setting to my pdf files and 5.0 is the Adobe
Acrobat Full, not the Reader(the Reader is 6.0).

        Do you apply security to the PDF at all?  If so, what settings?

        Are you sure it's 5.0 and not 5.1, Reader that it works in?
