If you use a PdfPTable you can have automatic leading based on the font
size. I admit that it would be desirable to treat each cell as a text column
with the same behavior as the main page but one of the problems is that cell
spliting and continuation on the next page is very difficult to achieve
(well) and there's enough problems in Table to create another one.
