See the example read_tiffs.java in www.geocities.com/itextpdf. It
can read all the pages in a TIFF.

You don't have to worry about the compression. Image.getInstance
will recognize the right image type and load it. In the case of TIFF it will
process several compressions, LZW being one of them.
