All,

We've noticed that images rendered in a PDF using the <image> tag typically double in 
size. As a
result we're forced to manually size the image. For example:

<image url="C:\temp\logo.gif" plainwidth="197.5" plainheight="34.0" align="left" /> 

Is there an easy way to avoid "manual" sizing?
