[iText-questions] Setting alt and actualText on structure elements

I have been using iText for a while now (it is great - Thanks for creating 
this!). I am trying to make accessible PDF by adding alt and actualText to 
structure elements like Chapter, Section and PdfOutiline.  Is there a way to 
do this?  Any hints would be appreciated.
