After installing latest patches for IE6, the browser started to prompt with the "File Download" window when requesting doGet() of a servlet that generates PDF on the Internet. Requests to the Local Intranet zone are handled ok. Playing with the Security settings for the Internet zone doesn't make any difference, the "File Download" window appears asking "Would you like to open file or save it to your computer".
Clicking Open or Save leads to an Error window saying: IE was not able to open this Internet site. The request is either unavailable or cannot be found"
Did anybody experience such weird behavior?
