Hey Paulo,
  That's a kind of dissappointement for me.
  Is there any way to workaround this problem?
  My requirement needs to set the margins in the middle of a page.

Margin only take effect in the next page like the page size. The tutorial
was right for a previous version but as it didn't work as intended the
behavior was changed to be consistent with the page setting.
