Is it possible to change some information on a pre-generated PDF / RTF documents when you open it using Acrobat Reader or MsWord.
With PDF, the answer is, within reason - yes.
e.g --> we need to display current date & time in the footer, everytime the PDF / RTF document is opened.
No problem - look into Acrobat JavaScript and form fields...
or even better, display some information by reading information from a properties file, everytime the PDF / RTF document is opened.
Nothing you can do here, since Acrobat javaScript is sandboxed.
