All is correct. Note that the column is only 100 point wide and that results
in a lot of lines, 31 to be exact. The calculation is 31*7+4=221.
Write the table to the document with:
PdfContentByte cb = writer.getDirectContent();
headerTable.writeSelectedRows(0, -1, 100, 700, cb);
and see for yourself.
