| In our company we are using iText to create parts lists, which works very well. Anyway, there are two little issues that we would like to improve for some documents: - Our documents are quite big (several MBytes, there are about a hundres images per document) - thumbnails of the pages do not show As far as I can see it is not possible to solve these issues with iText, so we think about using a software for postprocessing. Does anybody know if any software (like Acrobat) can help us here? Does Acrobat support a better compression, and can it create the thumbnails? And most important: can it import the (not encrypted) pdf files that we procue with iText? Of course we could just test it by using Acrobat, but we don't want to spend $500 just to find our that it cannot do what we want. |
