Hi I have the following problem. I have sRGB images that I need to convert to a CMYK with a specific ICC profile. After I convert the RGB to a CMYK and insert it to the PDF, the images are reverted (when viewed with Acrobat). I read somewhere that Adobe uses the opposite values for CMYK colors than the rest of the world. So, I take the CMYK image and revert it, save it as jpeg and stick it in the PDF. That looks okay, but (1) images are 'dark', probably because reverting them changes the white point balance (?) and (2) when I copy the image (with Acrobat) into Photoshop, it is reverted.
So, is there a way in iText do specify the CMYK 'type' (i.e. Adobe CMYK encoding or something like that?). Anyone has any experience with CMYK images in iText?
