The setFixedHeight() only affect the height of the cell, and not the width,
so the cell still overlaps the next right adjacent cell.
I think this is a issue of the PdfPTable constructor method.
If no widths are specified, the PdfPTable (i believe upon what i see in my
reports) set the cell widths to the same width, and if a text in a one cell
is longer/larger than the available room, and if the setNoWrap is true, the
text overlaps his bounderies and what you get is a confused heap of chars.

I believe the proposal of  S Cool shall work (sorry, not tested yet) but
this is not so easy to deploy as a standard way.
There might (shall) be some methods in Itext to bypass this issue natively.
