PDF Enhancer has the functionality I need. However, there seems to be absolutely no documentation with it. Is this the case?
No, it comes with a PDF document with full documentation. You can also download the documentation separately as well. See the bottom of <http://www.pdfsages.com/enhancer.html>.
What I'm trying to do is change the title of the PDF which is easy to do with the tool. However, I have 500 of them that need to be done. I want to be able to do all of them at once (each different pdf is to have a different title). Do you know if this is possible via command line or something?
PDF Enhancer Server Edition is a command line tool...
