Try this and let me know if it works:
Table.setBorderColor(new Color(255,255,255));
Table.setDefaultCellBorderColor(new Color(255,255,255));
This is from iText version 0.97. I think this will work for 1.02 as well.

In a PDF, I want to have a table with no border... I've tried the
Table.setBorder method with Rectangle.NO_BORDER but it doesn't seem to
have any affect. Anyone have any insight on how to get around this?
